Cold laser therapy
A portable, noninvasive care option.
Cold laser is a light-based modality that may complement selected chiropractic, soft tissue or rehabilitation visits.

The modality
Used as part of a plan—not a stand-alone promise.
Cold laser, also called low-level laser therapy or photobiomodulation, applies specific wavelengths of light to a selected area. Treatment does not feel like a heating laser.
The device
Dr. Hamilton uses an FDA-cleared Avant LZ30-Z Pro Class 3B laser, delivering red light at 637nm and infrared light at 808nm. It is battery powered and cordless, allowing it to be used at any mobile visit location. Treatment is generally well tolerated; patients may notice mild warmth at the treatment site.
What happens first
Dr. Hamilton reviews the reason for your visit, relevant history and the area involved. If cold laser is suitable, he explains the purpose and how it fits alongside other care.
Safety considerations
Protective eyewear may be required. Safety over metal implants and certain conditions depends on the specific device and settings used, so tell Dr. Hamilton about pregnancy, cancer history, light sensitivity, implants, medications or other relevant medical considerations before treatment.
Results vary, and this service does not guarantee a particular outcome or replace urgent medical evaluation.
