Mobile chiropractic care
Hands-on care that comes to you.
Dr. Evan Hamilton provides one-on-one chiropractic assessment and care at your home, office, gym or another agreed location across North County San Diego.

What to expect
A focused visit in a familiar setting.
The initial mobile visit begins with a conversation about your goals, relevant history and what prompted you to schedule. Dr. Hamilton then performs an examination appropriate to the visit and discusses whether chiropractic care is a reasonable option.
Care shaped around function
Hands-on care may be used to support movement, comfort and confidence with everyday activity. The visit is not built around a preset package, and no particular technique or number of visits is promised in advance.
What Dr. Hamilton brings
- A portable chiropractic table
- Tools selected for the scheduled appointment
- Practical movement recommendations when appropriate
What research suggests
Research on low back and neck pain recognizes chiropractic as a front-line treatment along with exercise . Temporary soreness or stiffness for a day or two afterward is one side effect. Serious complications are rare, and Dr. Hamilton uses your personal history and exam to identify anyone for whom manipulation is not appropriate.
Mobile chiropractic is not emergency medical care. Call 911 or seek urgent medical attention for a medical emergency.
Related options
Care may include more than an adjustment.
