Ten ways to support movement and recovery.
01Mobile chiropractic care

Your visit starts with a conversation about your goals and history, followed by an exam and hands-on care to support movement and comfort. Nothing is scheduled as a fixed package — Dr. Hamilton discusses what makes sense after assessing you.
02Rehab and corrective exercise

Dr. Hamilton assesses how you move and builds a short, manageable set of exercises around your current ability and goals. Because visits are mobile, you can practice in the same home, gym or office space where you will actually use them.
03IASTM

Instrument-assisted soft tissue manipulation - Smooth-edged, stainless steel tools are used during soft tissue work to support mobility, often alongside movement or chiropractic care. Pressure and duration are adjusted to you, and it is used only when it fits the treatment.
04Cupping

Vacuum-style pneumatic cups create gentle, controlled negative pressure to support soft tissue recovery, held still or used with gentle movement.
05Cold laser therapy

An FDA-cleared, evidence-based healing modality which applies red and infrared light to a treatment area to support recovery and tissue regeneration.
06Myofascial release

A gentle hands-on technique, targeting muscles and surrounding connective fascial tissue using sustained pressure and slow movements. This soft tissue method enhances your chiropractic adjustment.
07Nutrition support

Practical, personalized guidance is built around your goals, informed by Dr. Hamilton's dietetics background — not a generic meal plan. Supplement recommendations can be conveniently filled through Fullscript.
08Pregnancy care

Gentle care is adapted for each trimester using a portable table and a special pregnancy support pillow. Dr. Hamilton can coordinate with your OB or midwife whenever that support is necessary.
09Pediatric care

Care for infants and children uses only light, low-force techniques adjusted for their age, size and comfort. Dr. Hamilton's background as a father, firefighter and EMT shapes a patient, reassuring approach.
10Low force adjusting

Low-force chiropractic adjustments are a gentler alternative to traditional "cracking" or twisting techniques. Using a lighter, more targeted contact — delivered manually, with the Activator Method, or with pelvic blocks — they encourage joint mobilization without the rotation or torque some patients find uncomfortable. Particularly effective for acute pain, sensitive areas, elderly patients, children, and precise localized corrections.
